Position: Facilities and Lettings Manager
Location: East London
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Role: Permanent

Our client is a high performing Academy based in East London just a few miles from the centre of Stratford and they are looking to appoint a new Facilities and Lettings Manager.

The main function of this position is to maintain a high standard environment for all stakeholders whilst promoting the school lettings through:

- Manage and monitor the external facilities and catering contactors, ensuring service levels and KPIs are maintained.
- Ongoing liaison with school staff
- Hold a responsibility for Health & Safety matters
- Manage the school lettings service
You will head up all daily operational matters and liaise with the contracted facilities and catering providers.

The successful candidate will be a leader who is confident in managing a varied workload whilst prioritising between changing demands.

You will promote a supportive working environment and be able to manage works projects.
You will also provide support to the Vice Principal of Resources in tendering and strategic monitoring of facilities and lettings.

An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.
