We are Debbie's Villas (www.debbiesvillas.co.uk), a successful independent travel agent specialising in Orlando, Florida - due to continued growth we now require an additional Customer Services representative to join our team.
The successful applicant will be part of a team in a busy environment - they will have good communication skills (both verbal and written) and be able to work well under pressure, but a good sense of humour will also help!
Knowledge/experience of the travel industry and especially Orlando would be advantageous, but not essential as you will receive full training.
Good Customer Service skills are a must, as this is at the heart of everything we do.
24 hours per week but this could be increased due to business needs. Hours will be flexible but will include some evenings and weekends.
Salary is negotiable.
