Due to significant growth this successful Insurance claims business are seeking the right person to take ownership of the debtor book and manage the credit control function.
The successful applicant will be tasked with delivering prompt cash recoveries in line with specific targets by managing the recoveries team which includes a proportion of debt in litigation.
The role will suit someone with managerial/team leader experience either in Credit Control or Insurance claims with proven track record of managing a large debtor book in excess of £5m
You will possess demonstrable leadership qualities, including but not limited to, motivational skills, cash recovery strategies and excellent people management skills
Any experience of Motor Claims Recovery or Credit Hire claims would be useful but not essential
In return the company are offering a really strong basic salary as well as opportunities to increase earnings with bonus incentives.
