 Could you provide an efficient and valuable administrator/assistant role whilst learning from those around you?
 Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a career in National Account Management?

Due to continual year on year growth, we are looking to add a support role to our highly successful national sales team at our head office in Sittingbourne.

The Role Will Involve:
•Providing general administrative support to the National Accounts team
•Being the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
•Delivering high level support to a range of Blue Chip Clients
•Assisting with the planning and management of internal customer visits
•Preparing and assisting with presentations for external customer visits
•Producing quote sheets
•Attending a small number of external customer visits (where appropriate and with training)
•Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries
•Inputting and updating the Company’s order system

You Will:
•Display excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
•Have an appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service (ideally from practical experience)
•Be adept at working independently (as well as part of a team), using initiative where appropriate
•Exhibit good attention to detail and organisation skills
•Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT packages (Word, Power Point, Excel)
•Be eager to learn from the team.
