LOGISTICS AND FLEET CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for an organised individual to join Swale Heating’s Supply Chain department as a Logistics and Fleet Co-ordinator.

Purpose of Role
This role is a vital part of the Company’s supply chain, responsible for supporting and coordinating parts ordering process and assisting the Transport Manager in fleet related tasks. Also, to provide daily operational AeroMark (in-house IT system) troubleshooting support to engineers.
The position will be responsible for providing Supply Chain KPI support, providing daily parts availability service level, overseeing return and hires processes, booking vehicle servicing, vehicle collections, accident and breakdown management and performing periodic vehicle inspection spot checks.
You will be a Swale Heating Ambassador who promotes our values of; Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Community and Reliability.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
• 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C
• Computer literate with good IT skills, Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A hands-on approach to working.
• Experience of working in customer service environment.
• Full UK driving license (preferably clean, maximum of 3 points).
• KPI reporting.
• General vehicle knowledge preferred.
Key Tasks
• Achieve 100% Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) accuracy.
• Owning daily AeroMark PO approval process.
• Controlling all PO’s and SO’s raised from start to end.
• Responsible for returns process (control, analysis, system update and reporting).
• Day to day First line support for PO queries.
• Liaise with suppliers and other departments and advising if necessary.
• Booking and monitoring equipment Hires.
• Generating and analysing daily Stock Reports.
• Electrician van stock monitoring and ordering.
• Fleet service and maintenance management.
• Provide first line support of vehicle related issues.
• Accident management relief for engineers.

2. Team Success: Working as part of a team. Achieving KPI’s SLA’s etc.
3. Planning and organising; Organises time effectively, prioritize tasks, schedule work.

5. Quality: Following procedures, identifying errors and ensure all tasks are accomplished.
Location
This post is based at our Head Office (Sittingbourne)
Occasional travel and overnight stay involved.
Hours
37.5 hours per week
