An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Trainee Broker to kick start their career with a successful client based in Rochester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven to succeed in a well-established industry that will be fully supported by management.

The successful candidate will join the team as a Trainee Broker and be given a full training plan for 1-2 years.

Responsibilities:

* The first 2 years within the role will include, supporting existing Brokers/back office support
* Keeping up to date with latest financial news to provide expert advice to clients.
* Meeting with and entertaining clients and overseeing logistics arrangements for them.
* Build strong relationships with potential clients and developing new business opportunities/following leads.
* Contacting high volumes of new and existing clients by phone and email
* Keeping client records up to date

Key requirements:

* Training/classroom sessions are available
* Must be well presented & confident
* Strong numeracy skills
* High attention to detail
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Language skills would be advantageous

* Happy to travel
