Reposs Ltd is an EPoS solution provider to the independent newsagents and convenience stores, sports clubs and farm shops. We are seeking an experienced part time Bookkeeper.
Ideally 3 days per week, hours and days flexible
The position:
Undertake all bookkeeping, banking, VAT and reporting requirements.
Tasks
Ensure the companies accounts are maintained using SAGE Line 50 including nominal and purchase ledgers and reconciliation of all control accounts
Prepare and submit all returns including VAT and Tax
Provide payroll information to the companies provider
Liaison with the companies external auditors
Prepare management accounting reports to the Directors.
Assist in the preparation of the annual Statutory Accounts
Carry out any other related duties as may be directed from time to time.
The post is subject to satisfactory references, and a 3 month probationary period
