Your new company is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in South London, specialising in all aspects of Commercial Property. They manage a portfolio of over 150 properties within the South London area. You will be joining a sociable and motivated team as a Commercial Property Manager, where you will take ownership of the Company's success. Due to the support and working atmosphere my client offers, opportunities such as this do not come up often with this organisation, so it is an opportunity that should not be missed.


Your new role

To ensure continued growth, my client is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team and really 'hit the ground running', so experience of managing Commercial Properties is essential. You will be experienced in overseeing rent and service charge demand and collection and negotiating service contracts with contractors in a professional manner. You will have proven experience of dealing with both landlord and tenants and sourcing and building relationships with prospective clients to expand the business.

As part of your day-to-day role, you will regularly inspect properties and work with the property administrator to ensure property records are accurate and up to date. You will design business plans for assigned properties that meet client needs and their future-plans.



What you'll need to succeed

Although holding a degree, or being a Chartered Surveyor would be advantageous, a proven track record of managing Commercial Properties is the essential requirement for this role. You will also be savvy with strong communication and presentation skills and also be well organised with excellent time management skills.
