PART TIME - A CHANCE TO JOIN A LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT AND WORK WITHIN THEIR LETTINGS TEAM
COMPETITIVE SALARY £9.00 - £11.00 PER HOUR DOE WITH PARKING
CAN BE EITHER 3 FULL DAYS OR 5 SHORTER DAYS
This is an excellent opportunity for you to become involved in residential agency, allowing you to develop a good understanding of customer service and the property industry, experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Arranging safety checks
Making properties are compliant with certificates needed at all times
Tenancy renewal documentation
Administrative duties
Speaking with landlords and tenants
Meeting with line managers to provide feedback
Requirements
Smart and well presented
Preferably with some work experience - perhaps from a retail/customer service environment
Good organisational skills
Strong communicator, both verbally and written
Organised and self-motivated
Reliable and committed
Someone who has had previous experience working under pressure
Flexibility to go to the extra mile when business demands
Computer literate
