We have an exciting, new opportunity for a bright individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, be it on the telephone, via email or social media, great communication skills and a good command of English, both written & spoken and who has effective time management skills.
The main purpose of the role is to provide effective & efficient customer support to out portfolio of consumer incentive sites. The successful candidate will be dealing with our customers via email, phone & social media.
Key duties include dealing with daily helpdesk/support queries, ensuring all queries are responded to within 24 hours. This will involve investigating customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, investigation of suspicious transactions, providing feedback to the Product Manager as to any issues with content or user journey, actively working to improve and maintain positive reviews on Trust Pilot & across our social media sites.
This is a busy role, not for the faint hearted! Ideally, candidates will have at least 1 years experience in a fast paced, office based, customer support role, have strong computer literacy, common sense and a calm demeanour.
