Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd – Finance Department now have a position for an enthusiastic and experienced Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk.
Working within a small team, you will be responsible for a range of duties within the department.
This is a full-time permanent position; working Monday – Friday offering a salary of £17,950.
Key Aspects
• Process purchase and sales ledger documents
• Managing purchase/sales ledger accounts, including statement reconciliations
• Making BACS/Cheque payments
• Coordinate the authorisation of invoices and the progression of related queries
• Ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with terms and queries are resolved promptly
Is this position for you? - Required skills:
• Relevant experience within a purchase/sales environment
• Excellent use of Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail
