We are looking for confident and self-motivated individuals to join our team and inspire members of the public to join our weekly charity lottery. You should be passionate about the work of the hospice and be an effective communicator. Strong interpersonal skills are needed, and you should have the ability to quickly build rapport and influence others. Experience of sales and working in a customer-based environment is essential.

Income from our weekly lottery is essential as it provides a reliable source of income that helps guarantee that the work of the hospice continues. Hospice in the Weald needs to attract new supporters to become lottery members and therefore are looking to recruit a Face to face Lottery fundraiser to speak to potential new supporters about how they can join.

Hospice in the Weald has been serving the communities in West Kent and northern East Sussex for more than 30 years. We provide outstanding hospice care through our extensive range of services; Hospice Day Service; In-Patient Ward; Counselling & Support services; Hospice in the Home and from 2019 the Cottage Hospice. Our services work together to ensure that all patients with a terminal illness, their families, and carers have access to: Compassionate, Individualised, Holistic and Supportive care.

Successful applicants will receive comprehensive training for the job.

The role of Face to face Lottery Fundraiser is available both part-time and full time on a flexible basis.
