Interested in joining our family run business and one of the largest independent distributors of car parts and accessories in the UK, with multiple branches throughout the South East.
We require a Payroll Assistant to join our Head Office in Aylesford on a Part Time Basis.
The work will involve assisting with the processing of a monthly payroll on Sage 50, together with the administration and maintenace of records and of the timesheet system. Attention to detail and a sensitivity and good communication skill are important attributes for this role, along with previous Sage 50 experience.
The role would ideally suit someone who has experience in payroll and is either looking to return to this type of work or is seeking part-time hours.
Hours required are 16 hours per week:
1 full day 9am - 5pm, and the remaining hours to be worked either as 1 full day or 2 part days per week to suit candidate.
Additional hours may be necessary to cover for Holiday/sickness absence.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
Parking available for own transport, there are good local transport links.
