Production Hire Coordinator

East London

Up to £26,000.00 Per Annum

Our client, an event production company who deliver all aspects of production, design, furniture and props throughout the UK are currently looking for a Production Hire Coordinator to work in East London.

You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. This role will be paying up to £26,000.

Production Hire Coordinator - Duties & Responsibilities

* To provide support to the warehouse delivery team where required.
* Maintain the existing stock control system and add new equipment where required.
* Finalise equipment bookings before they are submitted to the prep teams.
* Notify the operations team with regard to missing or broken equipment.
* Managing their eBay shop.

Production Hire Coordinator - Person Specification
* Have a good understanding of production equipment including lighting, sound, AV and power distribution.
* Have a good attention to detail.
* Must be fully computer literate and an understanding of stock control systems is a must.
* Be a team player and a problem solver.
