Position Expectations
Reporting to the Development Manager assisting the product development of the relevant brand whilst assisting the day to day management of the product development process. Specific design/development projects will also be designated to the job-holder on an as and when basis.

General duties to include:
• Management of the yearly development schedule
• Understanding the production process, enabling a full and robust knowledge of product cost
• Managing the supplier schedule for product and packaging artwork
• Managing the creation of product artwork
• Ensuring that the final artwork files are stored on DDM, ready for transmittals and easily accessible for others
• Issuing/tracking product artwork visuals through licensing team for approval submissions,
• Managing the packaging artwork creation from the in-house graphics team and externally
• Creation of packaging/certificate artwork

Key Skills and Experience:
• Working knowledge of: Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe InDesign
• Understanding of mould tooling and project management, including design and function
• Understanding of feasibility studies for possible new items, costing and negotiation
• Willingness to spot and share new and innovative ideas that could be beneficial to the business or brands
• Excellent organisational skills
• General computer literacy (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective written and documentation skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
