Team Support are currently looking for Shift Production Operators for our client in the Sittingbourne to work within their production department. This is a 12 week temporary assignment through Team Support before becoming a permanent member of staff. The starting salary is £9ph increasing up to £9.61ph once permanent.
Hours of work will be on a shift pattern working Monday to Friday on the following:
Earlies 06:00-14:00
Lates 14:00-22:00
You MUST be able to do both!
Job Description:
-To work as instructed by the team leader in the most efficient manner
-To undertake all duties in the safest way and in line with the company Health and Safety policies and procedures
-To take responsibility of the product quality
-To know and understand all section KPIs and assist in reaching these targets
-To maintain clean and tidy work area and assist in the end of shift housekeeping activities
-Attending training as required to develop relevant knowledge and skills trough all production areas
-Able to operate machinery
- You must have good spoken and written English for this role as you will be required to complete paperwork as part of your daily tasks
Requirements:
A positive and flexible approach to work
Be physically fit as you will be lifting loads of up to 25kg on a regular basis throughout the working day
The ability to work as part of a team
MUST have own transport due to location, there is no public transport nearby
