With an annual turnover of 9 million and expecting 15% growth in the next 12 months this rapidly expanding business is seeking an Accounts Assistant to assist with the Credit Control.
Your new role
Sales ledger
* To Enter Sales Invoices on to Sage
* Allocation of Bank receipts
* Customer Enquires and copy invoices
* Credit Control
* Chasing Customers via Telephone and email
* Reconciliation of customer accounts
Purchase Ledger
* Enter Invoices onto sage
* Reconcile Supplier Statements
* Cheque Runs
* Supplier Query's
* Control of Credit Card Expenditure
* Petty Cash Analysis
What you'll need to succeed
* Prior experience in Credit Control
* Experience in the use of SAGE 50
* Car owner / driver
* Able to start immediately
