SOUS CHEF – independent pub - £28,000 +tips –
This independently run country pub is going from strength to strength and due to its immense popularity they are looking to increase the brigade.
Ideally they are looking for a talented Sous Chef with plenty of experience working with fresh, seasonal produce. They prepare a mix of modern and traditional British cuisine and everything is made in house.
There is a stable brigade of 6 chefs and 2 full-time K.P’s. As Sous Chef you will be involved in menu design, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team. This is a high volume, fast paced kitchen so experience within a similar establishment would be a huge advantage.
