I am currently working with the UK branch of an international company who operate within the commodities sector. With multiple locations throughout Europe, my client provide a service that is unrivalled, which explains why they are going from strength to strength.
Due to recent growth, my client they are seeking an export coordinator to join the UK branch of the business, working within a small, friendly and energetic team. They are seeking an individual with great organizational and communication skills, able to liaise with multiple points of contact and cope under pressure within this niche, yet competitive industry. Due to the nature of the role some experience of logistics and export/import would be beneficial.
Duties will include:
• Answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
• Processing purchase invoices.
• Generate and distribute sales invoices.
• Sales order and purchase order processing.
• Liaising with transport agents and booking transportation.
• Tracking of goods and providing ETA’s.
• Answering queries and questions.
• General administrative duties.
