Customer Care Advisor - French Speaking

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative for a global firm based on the outskirts of Ashford. This company are very reputable in their industry and constantly improving their current products and services.

Main duties:

Liaising between the customers, operations and sales team on a daily basis

*

Acting as the voice of the customer, whilst dealing with their needs

*

Ensuring careful executions of all customer requests

*

Communication is also a key factor within this role, the successful candidate will be required to communicate with all levels of the business

The person:

*

Able to be a team player and possess great customer service skills

* Previous SAP experience is essential

*

Previous experience in a customer care role is essential

* Fluent in both French and English

*

*

2+ years of export experience would be ideal

*

Intermediate knowledge of IT including word, excel and SAP

*

Can-do attitude

*

Able to use your own initiative when necessary
