Kent Wildlife Trust is leading a Heritage Lottery Funded project, Guardians of the Deep (GOTD), in partnership with Thanet District Council, Medway Council, Kent County Council and Natural England. This project promotes public understanding and support for a network of Marine Protected Areas, and is generating community involvement in the management, monitoring and protection of the sites around Kent in a way that will be sustained beyond the life of the project.
The project needs an experienced and efficient administrator to assist in the administrative tasks associated with successful delivery of the project.
We are looking for a highly organised person with experience of working in an administrative role. Your role will be to support the Project Manager and Project Officers with administative tasks associated with successful delivery of the project. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage your own workload. You will work as part of a team and have an interest in nature and wildlife. Experience in the use of social media as a communication tool is an advantage.
