Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with an expanding, successful Insurance Broker in the Maidstone area who have 2 new opportunities within their sales team with a clearly defined training and progression program.

We are looking for both someone with an existing Commercial Sales track record as well as a more junior candidates with at least a year of Insurance sales experience, perhaps within Personal Lines who is looking to progress into Commercial Insurance and eventually develop into an Account Executive including a company car and significant salary and commission.

The role will be office based and 100% New Business generation, the more senior exec will also do 50% of business face to face meeting clients and there will be future opportunities to lead your own team.

The majority of leads will be supplied many of which are warm leads.

You will also be familiar with Insurance administration, creating quotations, setting up computer records, issuing documentation and you will develop a strong understanding of systems and policy wordings.

The role will very much evolve as you train and develop and you will be able to gain your CII certificate with full support or the Diploma if you have the Cert already.

You will be a good telephone communicator, motivated to succeed and achieve targets with a flair for sales in order to maximise your earning potential.

Competitive salary and generous bonuses for meeting targets will significantly increase the take home pay, this will be regularly reviewed and is dependant on experience. Account Exec up to £35k basic plus commission, Trainee up to £24k plus commission.
