We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Lines Sales Adviser to join a large, successful and very friendly Insurance Broker in the Maidstone area who have recently become part of a larger group. 

We are looking for applicants who ideally have prior experience of working within a broking environment with all types of personal lines insurance including Motor, Motorbike or Household Insurance.  This role is in the team dealing with New Business enquiries which are incoming as well as calling clients who have enquired via email, the website and other means, absolutely no cold calling!

The successful applicant will be positive, proactive, have an eye for detail and accuracy and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. You will have a good understanding of both Motor and Household covers as well as some sales skills and the ability to convert calls to a sale and cross sell where applicable. You will have an understanding of FCA requirements as well as TCF rules.
