My client is looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR / WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION for their busy dealership to join this already successful team.

Requirements:

Main Dealer experience desirable
Warranty experience desirable
A flexible approach towards working
Good communication skills
Good Balanced approach
Kerridge experience an advantage
Warranty experience desirable
Ability to work within a team frame work
Ability to take instruction
Be customer service focussed
You will be customer friendly and ensure you give the best service to customers
Work within a team and deliver excellent service
Good attitude, work ethic and outlook
You will be smartly presented

Main duties that you will cover as a service advisor.

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
• Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs
• Basic admin duties
• You will work within a team and deliver excellent service
• You will need knowledge of the motor trade
