A market leading fresh produce company (Fruit) established for well over 5 decades requires a Packhouse Manager to manage and organise an entire shift operation (Nights).
With a wide portfolio of Citrus , Stone and Tropical Fruit this is a challenging a rewarding role - ensuring quotas are met and exceeded , liaising with other department managers the Packhouse Manager is a vital position in ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and client expectations are fullfilled.
To apply you must have
* Management experience within a Packhouse Environment ( ideally Fruit )
* A motivator of staff (20 permanent with a temp workforce pushing this to 100)
* Great Communicator
* calm under pressure
* a real focus on Quality
This role comes with a salary of upto £35,000 and a package in line with an industry leading company
