Vanquis Bank is an innovative credit card provider who is part of a leading FTSE 250 Financial Group. As we continue an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced field based Trainer to join our team.
Forming part of the wider People Development team your main primary focus will be to develop the skills and knowledge of employees working for our outsourced partners across the country. A high energy team who are passionate about developing our people, we’re looking for someone with a creative and flexible approach to take ownership of training in a key area of the business.
So, what are we looking for? Firstly you’ll need to have previous training experience within Financial Services (or similarly regulated environment) and be comfortable working in a field based role which will take you across the UK and involve nights away from home.
Your success will be visible to the business and, as such, you’ll be working with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external. That means your ability to build and maintain great relationships is paramount, ensuring you’re seen as credible and reliable.
