My successful Construction Consultants client are currently seeking an experienced Principle Building Control Surveyor, based within their amazing headquarters in Maidstone.
This position is full time and provides excellent opportunities for the right candidate to be part of a rapidly expanding and efficient team.
The ideal candidate will require full qualification and extensive experience within a Principle Building Control Surveyor position. The candidate will require to have gained full membership of either- CABE or RICS. In addition extensive knowledge of construction, relevant legislation and the regulatory framework is required.
Finally, you will also be required to incorporate Managerial experience within your role, managing approximately around 5-6 staff members, with assistance provided.
This company work with small to very large projects, which means you will require to have experience in both minor and major projects in order to be able to sign them off.
