FABULOUS NEW OPPORTUNITY! LEAD A MAJOR RENEWABLE HEATING CONTRACT!

Up to £55,000 | Full-time, Permanent | Company Vehicle or Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity to take ownership of a major new renewable heating contract with a growing and established business in the domestic retrofit sector!

We're looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and drive operational and commercial performance.

This is a senior position offering genuine responsibility and the opportunity to shape how a major contract is delivered.

THE ROLE

You'll oversee the full installation programme, from planning and design through to commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing programme delivery, budgets, costs, quality, and health and safety.

- Overseeing and quality-checking ASHP system designs.

- Preparing quotations and costing heating system installations.

- Preparing quotations and costing heating system installations.

- Planning installations across multiple properties and sites.

- Managing in-house teams, subcontractors, labour and materials.

- Ensuring compliance with MCS, Building Regulations, CDM and relevant PAS 2035/2030 standards.

- Managing client relationships, defects, complaints and installation quality.

- Monitoring performance, reporting KPIs and supporting future contract mobilisation.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have proven experience as a Contract Manager, Site Manager or Installation Manager within renewable heating, ASHP installations or domestic retrofit.

You'll also bring:

- Strong knowledge of MCS requirements for ASHP installations.

- Understanding of CDM 2015 and construction health and safety.

- Experience managing budgets, programmes and installation teams.

- A background in plumbing, heating or electrical systems.

- Strong commercial, organisational and communication skills.

- Good IT skills and a full, clean UK driving license.

Desirable, but not necessary: SMSTS, an ASHP qualification (such as the LCL Award), and experience with ECO4, GBIS or the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
