Whether you have worked in a warehouse or stockroom before or are looking for your first step into the industry… we would love to hear from you. A well-established, growing and hardworking company is on the lookout for a motivated, detail driven and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team in Tonbridge.

With no experience required, full, detailed and supportive training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to build your confidence, develop practical skills and grow your career for the long term.

With every day being different, you will be part of a small, supportive team, ensuring warehouse and order operations run smoothly. This will include:

• Receiving deliveries, checking goods and ensuring things are recorded accurately
• Building up key technical product knowledge, gaining industry expertise
• Oversee stock systems, investigate problems and ensure efficiency
• Organising stock and inventories, using digital systems
• Preparing orders, assembling parts and checking quality
• Maintaining a tidy, safe and well-organised environment

What we are looking for:

Reliable, motivated and keen to get stuck in
Enjoys practical, hands-on work and keeping things organised
Works well in a team and can follow instructions
Eager to learn new processes and develop new skills
Previous warehouse, stockroom, production or similar experience would be useful but not essential.
