If you have experience and interest in a career in property sales negotiation – this could be the role for you!! Applicants from transferrable backgrounds also considered (admin, lettings, property management or other!!)

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, focused on delivering outstanding buyer & vendor journeys. You will control your own diary and have the opportunity to learn and build on your skillset, where interested, such as appraisals, marketing and valuations.

Duties might range :
Contacting and managing relationships with new and existing vendors
Organising and attending valuations
Handling new vendor enquiries
Property marketing including web, email and offline
Qualifying, meeting and registering applicants
Matching applicants to properties
Organising and conducting viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
Cross selling and generating leads for beneficial services for buyers
Using a digital system to track, manage and prioritise sales activity
Fulfilling administrative processes, providing a supportive experience to buyers and vendors throughout

Salary based on experience + bonus

An ideal applicant for this role would be based locally, and have current or previous experience as a Sales Negotiator. Experiences in transferrable areas also considered!
