The Role

We are seeking an expert Operator to manage high-volume production on our large format fleet. You will be responsible for the end-to-end printing process, ensuring maximum uptime and colour precision. This job role works on a shift pattern, early starts 6am, and late finishes 10pm

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation: Direct operation of UV, and Solvent printers.
RIP Management: File processing and layout using Onyx, Caldera, Asanti or equivalent software.
Maintenance: Routine daily/weekly maintenance tasks.
Substrate Handling: Knowledge of materials (vinyl, foamed pvc, display board, and banner).
Quality Control: Strict adherence to colour matching and print quality.
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in a large format print environment.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in RIP Software.
Material Knowledge: Understanding of materials and print modes to suit.
Independence: Ability to run large format machine without assistance.
