Whether you have worked in a warehouse before or are looking for your first step into the industry… we would love to hear from you! A well-established, growing and hardworking company are on the lookout for a motivated, reliable Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team in Robertsbridge.
With no experience required – there will be full, detailed and supportive training provided, giving you the opportunity to build your confidence, develop, practical skills and grow your career!

With everyday being different, you will be part of a small, supportive team, ensuring warehouse and order operations run smoothly. This will include:
• Receiving deliveries, checking goods and ensuring things are recorded accurately
• Organisation of stock and inventories, using digital systems
• Preparing orders, assembling parts and checking quality
• Learning to use a forklift, with training and certification!
• Maintaining a tidy, safe and well organised environment

What we are looking for:
- Reliable, motivated and keen to get stuck in
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work and keeping things organised
- Works well in a team and can follow instruction
- Eager to learn new processes and develop new skills

Previous warehouse, stockroom, production or similar experience would be useful but not essential!
