As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key part in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

From setting up machinery to monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues, you'll help keep operations moving and ensure production targets are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up, operating and monitoring production machinery
-Carrying out routine machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
- Making adjustments to machinery to maintain product quality and production output
- Completing quality checks and accurately recording machine downtime
- Working towards production targets while maintaining high standards
- Supporting other areas of the packing line when required
- Following all health and safety procedures, standard operating procedures and company guidelines
- Identifying issues and taking a proactive approach to resolving problems

We're looking for someone who knows their way around production machinery and is confident working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll ideally have:

- Essential: Previous hands-on experience operating machinery
- Experience working within a production, manufacturing or packing environment
- A practical, hands-on approach with good problem-solving skills
- The ability to monitor machinery, identify issues and make appropriate adjustments
- A strong understanding of the importance of quality, safety and following procedures
- A reliable, proactive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn, adapt and contribute to the wider production operation

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, giving you a consistent weekday working pattern.
