Crossroads Care Kent are recruiting for a full-time Carer Support Worker for our Urgent Care Team in West Kent.

This is a full time opportunity for an NVQ 2/3 qualified candidate to join our fantastic Urgent Care service in West Kent. The team are responsible for providing high quality rapid response care to carers and their families.

Duties will include supporting a family at end of life or during an acute episode to avoid hospital admission.

The role is varied and often no two days are the same. A Support Worker on our experienced Urgent Care Team requires flexibility, confidence, and capability to deal with challenges and step into situations quickly with new families. Details of the opportunity available:

Up to full-time guaranteed Hours available - 30 to 37 per week
£14.41 per hour

The key requirement for our roles is that applicants are flexible on hours, and able to travel across different locations in West Kent as required.
