Solicitors practice based in central Brighton (initially founded in the late 1800s) seeks additional Dispute Resolution Solicitor or CILEX to join an expanding team  (Hybrid Working)

You will be joining a team of 2 in the firms Litigation team acting for the firms long standing Sussex based clients dealing with a range of litigation matters including Contentious Will/Probate disputes, TOLATA cases, Property Litigation and Professional Negligence claims. Any additional experience with Contract disputes, Business/Partnership litigation would be an added advantage.

The successful lawyer will be taking over an existing caseload but will also play a role in expanding the firms Litigation department.
