Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX required for solicitors practice based on the outskirts of Brighton.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or ILEX/CILEX with experience handling Residential Property work which includes both freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases/transfers and BTL properties.
Any experience with auction properties, development work or lease extensions/enfranchisement would be an added advantage.

Joining a team of 3 the successful lawyer will be acting primarily for Brighton & Hove residents, although some clients include BTL investors, developers and residential landlords. Admin support is on hand although you should be IT literate.
