About the Role

We are looking for an individual with 1 years’ experience in Real Estate, to join a well renowned estate agents in Sevenoaks. Working within a team, you will be assisting in viewings for potential clients and assisting them throughout their viewing process.
You will be scheduling and leading tours, highlighting features, meeting buyers and understanding their specific needs, then matching them with suitable properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal progression, guiding sales or rentals through the admin process
• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors and other third parties
• Crafting property descriptions, taking photos and promoting listings.
Requirements

• 1 year experience in Real Estate
• Working 1 Saturday a week, with a day off in the week
