This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys the challenge of winning new business but is looking for a stable, long-term position with a successful company. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping to grow the company's presence within the construction sector. Duties will include:
Proactively identifying and contacting prospective clients through telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Making a high volume of outbound calls each day to generate opportunities and book quality meetings
Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and key decision-makers
Booking targeted one-to-one meetings with Design, Technical, and Supply Chain stakeholders
Following up marketing-generated enquiries and converting interest into qualified opportunities
Supporting client events, managing attendance, and conducting post-event follow-ups
Maintaining accurate CRM records, prospect activity, and pipeline updates
Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to maximise business growth
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

What they are looking for:
At least 2 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar commercially focused role
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and proactively generating new business opportunities
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems
A motivated, resilient, and self-driven approach
