What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales journey

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential property sales
• Confident, professional, and enthusiastic communicator
• Target-driven with a motivated and ambitious mindset
• Passion for property and exceptional customer service
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
• Knowledge of the Oxted and/or Caterham areas preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
