NQ+ Property Litigation/L&T Solicitor required for modern and expanding central Hove Solicitors practice - Hybrid Working.

Candidates will be NQ-5yr PQE Solicitors with experience dealing with a mix of both residential & commercial L&T matters acting for both Landlords & Tenants.

You will be dealing with possession claims, evictions, lease disputes, rent/service charge, debt recovery and dilapidation cases. Any additional experience with LVT matters or drafting leases would be an added advantage.

Working closely alongside the firms head of department, the successful individual will be supported by a dedicated team and be exposed to a variety of good quality property work.
