The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Coordinator (Nights) to join a fast-paced, time-critical logistics environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service within tight deadlines.You'll be joining a business that operates at the forefront of international logistics, providing rapid and flexible transport solutions across Europe and globally. With operations running 24/7, this role plays a key part in ensuring urgent deliveries are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure best practice across all operations.
* Coordinate time-critical shipments while ensuring strict deadlines are met.
* Understand European driving regulations and restrictions, and factor these into planning.
* Proactively identify and escalate any delays or transport issues, providing viable solutions.
* Liaise with suppliers and carriers to maintain strong working relationships.
* Highlight gaps in carrier coverage and support continuous operational improvement.
* Ensure any carrier non-conformances are recorded and escalated in line with processes.

About You

* Previous logistics or transport experience is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* A proactive mindset with great attention to detail.
* Additional European languages would be advantageous.
