Start Date: Mid-April (Immediate availability required)
Training: 6 weeks office-based
Working Pattern: Hybrid after training (1 day in office, up to 4 days remote)

What will you be doing?

Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and insurance
Supporting key administrative processes that keep everything flowing
Spotting opportunities to enhance and elevate the customer journey

At least 1 year of office-based customer service experience
