Their teams span engineering, digital product, operations and data, so you'll be surrounded by many likeminded individuals at an exciting time as they scale, looking to add 4 Software/QA Automation Engineers to the team.

Your new role
You will be a key member of a newly-created quality engineering function, owning the design, development and maintenance of automated testing solutions across the company's digital platforms. These systems underpin critical customer journeys, operational tooling and internal data flows that support nationwide network delivery.
Day to day, you will be driving their adoption of automated test suites, pushing Python/Playwright as the core technologies to build/maintain test coverage, reliability and performance across multiple products. The role will require demonstrated ability to understand and test APIs, UI, and back-end systems, and to be a contributor to story-level test planning, highlighting test related risks.
You'll support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate closely with software engineers and DevOps teams internally, contributing to sprint ceremonies to champion release readiness and best practice in Software Development / Quality Assurance.
You'll join a collaborative, agile team environment where problem solving, simplicity and continuous improvement are central values ingrained across the business. There's a real emphasis on a supportive culture and individual growth. There's no red tape, they facilitate and work with the latest tools and technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for multiple Engineers to join the team, therefore open to Mid-level or Senior Automation Engineers.

Experience working with cross functional engineers and product teams in an agile environment. A quality driven mindset, attention to detail and proactive approach.

Employees here feel trusted and valued. You'll benefit from UK remote working with flexible hours, 8% matched pension contribution, 25 days holiday with buy/sell scheme and regular funded company socials. They also fund certifications/learning to support your career growth.
