Busy role, as part of a finance team, where you will be involved with :-
Calculating and processing invoices;
Payment processing;
Reconciling accounts and investigation/resolving mismatches;
Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets;
Handling finance queries internally and externally;
Booking travel and administering expenses across departments;
Ad hoc assistance to the Finance Manager such as producing/drafting reports;
Business support such as database management.
Mon-Fri 37,5 hours – part time options

Sound interesting? If you have 1+ year office experience in a transferrable role such as administration, finance or similar…. This role could suit you! Applicants must be able to access the offices on a Mon-Fri basis; you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ideally will have some exposure to basic level Microsoft Excel.
