Task: Answering Telephone, taking messages and enquiries, booking in and out of vehicles on computer system, daily yard check of vehicles parked in depot, Confirm computer system, MID and Boards Match. Checking and Updating of Board availability throughout the day as vehicle come in and go out. Penalty Charges, Damage Recharge Invoicing, Assist with any administration tasks as required.

Working Hours.

• Monday – Friday 08.30am – 17.30pm
• ½ hour for lunch
