FLT / Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm

🕗 Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Are you an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative looking for a stable, long‑term role? Our client, a well‑established business based in the Snodland/Maidstone area, is looking to add a reliable and hardworking individual to their team on a temp‑to‑perm basis.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating FLT (Counterbalance or Reach - depending on licence) safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock movement
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
* Supporting wider warehouse operations as required

What We're Looking For

* Valid FLT licence (counterbalance)
* Previous warehouse or FLT experience
* Good level of physical fitness
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
* Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
