Excellent opportunity for candidates with generalist HR experience to join a leading local employer on a 1 year FTC basis in a hands-on HR / Office Manaher position!

Fantastic and rare opportunity to step in a key role, providing HR advice, support and leadership throughout an organisation.

Working alongside the Senior Management team, this is a chance to be involved with and impact the company at all levels of HR
Day-to-day, you will be responsible for :
- Recruitment- interviewing, selection, induction and onboarding
- Employee records and HR system administration
- Providing guidance to line managers on matters of : absence, sickness, disciplinary and performance management
- Supporting L & D best practices including performance reviews
- Offboarding and exit
- Assisting to develop HR strategy across recruitment, performance, L&D and systems and process
- Ad hoc projects

Open to full or part time hours- 28-37,5 hours

Salary £35-40,000

Initial 12 month FTC
