Are you an experienced IT Project Lead with a proven track record in CRM transformation?

We're looking for a hands-on IT Project Lead to drive a major CRM and data transformation initiative within Financial Services, ensuring successful delivery across discovery, design, build, test, and release.

You will be reporting to the overall IT programme director, the FS specific CRM and data transformation initiatives and drive end-to-end delivery across discovery, design, build, test, and release. The role is responsible for the FS IT resources working on the programme overall.

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end delivery of CRM transformation projects within Financial Services.
* Define scope, plan, and deliver work packages to time, cost, and quality.
* Lead and mentor FS IT resources (BAs, Developers, Testers, Architects).
* Align senior business sponsors, product owners, and IT leaders.
* Oversee governance, reporting, and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements.
* Manage vendors and offshore teams, ensuring SLAs and integration.
* Drive testing strategy (SIT, UAT, regression) and go-live readiness.
* Partner with change management teams to ensure adoption and benefits realisation.
* Own project budgets, forecasts, and variance control.

Required Skills & Experience

* 8+ years delivering complex IT projects in Financial Services, including CRM/data initiatives.
* Proven leadership of CRM programmes, including data migration and integration.
* Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid governance.
* Expertise in Jira, Confluence, APIs, data flows, and enterprise integration patterns.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Robust test leadership and cutover planning experience.

Desirable

* Automotive industry experience - highly advantageous.
* Business-level German for international collaboration.
* Project/Programme certifications (Prince2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe) and ITIL foundations.
