Working alongside a friendly and experienced team of Property Managers, you will manage your own portfolio of residential properties while benefiting from ongoing support from colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

-Handling landlord communication via phone and email

-Attending site visits to ensure properties are safe, compliant and habitable

-Preparing reports and documentation

-Ensuring properties meet all relevant legal and regulatory standards

What we offer:

-Monday to Friday (No Weekend Work)

-Competitive basic salary of £30,000 – £40,000, depending on experience

To be successful in this role, you will:

-Have previous experience in residential property management or lettings and be looking to move into property management

-Have a solid understanding of the property industry

-Be based locally to Tunbridge Wells
