This position will be to work within the Customer Service and Product Support team, day to day, the role may look like:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and processing them
- Providing technical support and guidance for products and services
- Generate quotes
- Liaise with suppliers
- Demonstration of products
- Process of orders, updating and navigating CRM
- Invoicing

A successful candidate for this role will have 1+ year office experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisational skills!
